How soon will I notice results from a session?

There is no specific timeline for results. Many people notice shifts or changes during session or directly afterwards, however results can continue to occur hours, days and weeks later.

How does distance healing work?

For Reiki sessions, we will connect via phone or Zoom, then you rest while I do the work and reconnect with you afterwards to share the experience. Shamanic Soul Care and Numerology Readings are done via phone or Zoom.

Do I need to complete any paperwork before a session?

Sometimes, this depends on the type of session desired. For each offering there will be different information needed, which I will walk you though and send to you after your booking. 

 

Will I have my clothes on during healing sessions?

Yes, all sessions you will be completely clothed. While you are on my healing table, your shoes will be off.

How do I get approval for you to be with me in pre-op, surgery and post-op?

This is something that will need to be approved by your surgeon. I have several articles on my resources page to help share Medical Reiki with your surgeon, click here to read. I am also happy to talk with you and your surgeon about incorporating Medical Reiki into your health plan.

How will you work with my animal?

This depends on what works for you and your animal. If you are in Missoula or the surrounding area, I am happy to come to your home. Distance healing is also an option and works well for animals, especially if they are in distress.

What does integration mean?

Integration means bringing your healing session into action in your life. This is how we incorporate the healing process.

What are the runes?

The runes are a divination tool derived from the original Norse alphabet, commonly known as the Elder Futhark. The runes can help us understand the soul's language.

What is numerology and how do you use it?

Numerology is another soul language which helps us gain a clearer picture of a person based on their name and birthdate. I offer numerology readings; learn more about them here.

What is your schedule like?

As a contemporary healer, I work a day job, Monday - Friday. All sessions and appointments are based on need and availability. Most sessions take place in the evenings and on weekends.

 

Where do your sessions take place?

Most sessions take place via Zoom. I may also travel to you to for a Reiki session. I do not have a studio at this time.

 

What if I need to reschedule a session?

Please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. We will find a new time that works for both of us.

What happens if I do not show up to a scheduled session?

When you do not reschedule and miss a scheduled session with me, I will bill you for my time.

Do you have a medical background?

No, I have no medical background and I am not a medical professional. The work I do is not meant to replace medical/mental health care or advice. If you have a health concern, please see a licensed medical or mental health professional and make spiritual healing part of an overall wellness program.
